I’m a certified Yoga Instructor. I split my time between the East Bay of San Francisco and Hermosa Beach, CA. I've been teaching and practicing yoga for 10 years, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Sharing those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. I'm not often in the same place week after week, so I've decided to shift my teaching online.
